Contract of Sale
All ‘Berrima Nameplates' products are made from aluminium, using a traditional gravity poured sand casting process.
The sand casting process can incur minor visual imperfections, which goes towards the charm of each individual 'Berrima Nameplates' product.
All orders are to be paid in full before production. Photos can be sent direct from the work shed as proof of manufacture.

Production timeframe has recently been decreased by more than half. However, we do not guarantee / promise delivery of your 'Berrima Nameplates’ product for any exact date. (Ask for current timeframe when ordering).
We do not take any responsibility for damage, injury or death due to unintentional use or improper installation of any 'Berrima Nameplates’ product.
Payment of your nameplate order ensures production goes ahead and signifies agreement to everything stated in this contract.
